Here's How to Return Your Products

So you're not satisfied with your PND apparel merchandise, or it got lost in the mail. Wrong size, wrong color, or just wrong everything. This is all you need to know to set the story straight.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return New Items Only:

Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair. Where appropriate, we recommend you try on the clothes with an undershirt.

How do I return items?

If you’re not completely satisfied with the look, fit, or feel of any item, you can return the item for a full refund up to 60 days from the shipping date. Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Place the items you’d like to return in their original box, along with a copy of your invoice or another printed page that clearly indicates your name and order number.
  2. Address the box to 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
  3. Drop off the box at a shipping service counter. Customers are responsible for return costs.
  4. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card. The shipping fee is not refundable.

But how do I get my money?

Refunds are also available if one would like to just get rid fo the offending garment without any exchanges.  Just return the product within the allotted time and your account will be credited with the purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs for either returns or purchases.

How long will it take for my return to process?

We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
